The RoboFinisher product line is a pre-engineered robotic polishing system which utilizes compliant finishing machines to finish, polish, and buff metal parts. The standard finishing system robot is an ABB IRB 4400 robot due to its high path accuracy & repeatability making it the ideal polishing robot.
The RF-100 is a basic robotic finishing system which utilizes Rimrock?s CFM-100 compliant finisher for parts needing a two belt finish or a finish/buff combination process. The RF-200 robotic finishing system includes full dust/debris containment and is designed for complex multi step automated finishing, buffing, and polishing processes. Rimrock?s RoboFinisher systems include options to upgrade for additional process requirements such as additional finishing machinery, dust containment, deburring, and fine polishing.
