Direct Drive AdeptOne-XL/AdeptThree-XL Robot

Both the Adept's Table-top and small footprint Cobra are small footprint SCARA robots. With the distributed motion control architecture, a single firewire cable for motion control, vision and I/O, now replaces hundreds of wires and connections.

For self-contained, standalone adept cobra i600/i800 robots, the amplifiers and motion controller are built inot the robot, thus, it makes the design and integration works easier especially where space is restricted.

On the other hand, the direct drive Adept's robots offer proven cycle time and long life reliability when compare to gear-driven robots.

With the popularity of PLC controls in the automation industrial, the Adept Cobra PLC600 Robot allow system configuration, initialization and programming to perform directly from the customer-supplied PLC.

Epson SCARA Robots

Epson SCARA robots features multi-mount configurations. Multi-mount robots can be mounted to a wall, ceiling, shelf-top or the bottom of a shelf. The Epson E2C SCARA Robots was designed for application where parts and space are small. By combining use of high torque AC servo motors and harmonic drives, the E2C SCARA robots offer advantages of reduce maintenance, increased operation speed and reliability.
	The Epson E2S High Speed SCARA robots are ideal for applications where medium reach and high performance is required. EPSON E2L Robots are perfect for applications that require a lot of reach. The E2L Robots are ideal for applications such as automotive sub-assemblies, small motor assemblies, and other medium sized assembly applications.
Epson E2H robots are made for applications where heavy payload and high inertia specs are required. While holding a payload of up to 44 pounds (20 Kg), the E2H robots can maintain a +/- 0.025mm (0.001 inch) repeatability.

Yamaha YK-X SCARA Robots

Yamaha markets their of series YK-X SCARA robots according to the following models and variations; standard type, clean types, dust-proof/drip-proof types, and ceiling-suspended/inverse types.

The clean type SCARA robots best suited to assembling electronic components, food processing and medical service where cleanliness is critical.

Protected against water and dust, the dust-proof & drip-proof type SCARA robots are well suited for working environment with much water or dust.

By using the Ceiling-hanging/inverse type SCARA robots, users can raises efficiency through effective use of the space.

Toshiba Machine System SCARA Robots
